It wasn't surprising that I really enjoyed this drama since when it was airing it got a lot of attention and was actually extended as well due to public response. From the very beginning I got hooked on it and the 21 episodes went by a flash, and even after it was completed I still felt that I needed more!
The background stories of the characters were quite simple actually, but the progression of the drama made those story stand out. I really enjoyed that the drama greatly focused on the medical aspect as well. I have seen other dramas where the conflict and background stories of the characters over took the medical aspect of the drama, however this drama truly focuses on it and how the main characters are learning and perfecting their skills.
The chemistry between the whole cast was perfect. They really worked well together. So even though it was a serious drama, I still had many times were I was laughing non stop! It was really heartwarming at times as well as you know medical dramas do sometimes try and make you cry! But I guess that comes with the package.
Now the only thing I could not understand about this drama was 'Romantic Doctor Kim'. When I first heard it, I would have totally thought the main doctor would be really romantic and it will focus on that aspect but it totally didn't and I just thought that it was a bit weird.
